We are a dedicated team with experience working with nonprofits, political and advocacy campaigns, small businesses, and other mission-based organizations. We love what we do and try to maximize our impact while supporting worthy causes and organizations.

Andrey Romanov
Communications and Social Impact Strategist
Andrey is a nonprofit communications professional experienced in strategic communications, media design and strategy, nonprofit marketing, public policy communications, and advocacy.
Andrey currently serves as Communications Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh, supporting a large national department with strategic communications, digital media, and marketing design. Prior to his current position, he served as Communications Associate at Lifebox Foundation and as Media Specialist at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Previously, he has held roles on political campaigns as Digital Communications Coordinator for a congressional primary campaign and Special Assistant for a mayoral campaign. He has also completed internships with Community Reach, Health Justice for All, and the Center for the Study of Human Trafficking.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Politics and Humanities from Antioch University and is currently working toward a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration and Public Policy. He is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).

Ashleigh Lucas
Nonprofit Strategist
Ashleigh is a nonprofit professional experienced in program evaluation, data-driven strategy, survey implementation, policy research, and community-focused communications.
Ashleigh currently serves as Service Insights Manager at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, where she leads initiatives to strengthen food security programs through data- and policy-informed action. She has implemented tools such as Vivery (a neighbor access-centered food finder app) and Service Insights on MealConnect (paperless registration that allows neighbors seem less service across locations), translated findings into operational improvements, and collaborated with teams to design responsive solutions to improve community access and service experience. She brings experience in policy research, nonprofit management, organizational development, and team leadership.
Previously, Ashleigh served in campaign leadership roles, including as co-Campaign Manager for a state Senate campaign and a consultant for a state House campaign.
Ashleigh is an active community members, serving on the board of the WELL Outreach Program at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Glen Rock, as fundraising and community engagement committees chair with American Legion Post 403 Auxiliary, and a volunteer with the York County Food Bank.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science with a minor in American History from York College of Pennsylvania and has completed graduate coursework in Creativity and Innovation at Drexel University.

Nicholas Longstreet
Community Outreach Strategist
Nicholas is a public service professional experienced in community engagement and organizing, volunteer and program coordination, policy analysis, and research.
Nicholas currently serves as Project and Operations Associate at Educate Innovate Inspire Consulting, supporting the executive team with business development and operations.
Most recently, he served on national political campaigns, including as Regional Organizer for the Pennsylvania Coordinated Campaign and Field Coordinator for a U.S. Senate primary campaign in Maryland.
Prior to his campaign roles, as Operations Manager at the Johnson Institute for Responsible Leadership, he oversaw operations, programs, and communications with university, nonprofit, and government partners. Previously, he has held roles as Campaign Associate at White Rose Advocacy Group, and Policy Researcher at York County Policy Council. He has also completed internships with Capitol Associates, focusing on government affairs and legislative research, and Voith Turbo, where he supported administrative and business operations.
He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations from York College of Pennsylvania, has language proficiency in German and Russian, and holds certifications in project management and innovation and change. He is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).
